Lex Tweak is a relatively young firm but Adv. Prajval Albuquerque in his private has drafted Merger scheme, arbitration clause and other deeds. He has completed his Diploma in Corporate Law and has certificate in Advanced Drafting Commercial Contracts. He is ably assisted by Adv. Harsh Gagalani and Adv. Swaraj Tandale. Subject to the Firm’s convenience we also offer Pro bono legal drafting and compliance services.
